This Personal Data Processing Policy (the "Policy") describes what data the Service collects and processes when you use the site, for what purposes, and what rights the user has. This Policy is an integral part of the Terms of Service; AML/KYC checks are additionally governed by the AML Policy set out in section 8 of the Terms of Service.
1. Definitions
1.1. "Personal Data" means any information that directly or indirectly relates to an identified or identifiable individual (for example, an email address).1.2. "Technical Data" means the IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device information and other data automatically transmitted when accessing the site.1.3. "Cookies" means small text files stored on the user's device by the browser to retain settings and session data.
2. General
2.1. By using the site, the user agrees to this Policy. If the user does not agree with the terms of data processing, they should stop using the Service.2.2. The Service does not sell or rent personal data to third parties for commercial purposes and aims to collect only the amount of data necessary to provide its services.
3. What Data We Collect
3.1. Email address — if provided by the user when creating an order, registering an account, or contacting support; used for order-status notifications and replies to inquiries.3.2. Technical data and cookies — collected automatically when visiting the site to ensure its operation, security, and analytics.3.3. Order-related data — exchange direction, amount, addresses and transfer networks, transaction identifiers; required to process the order and, if AML triggers are met, for review under section 8 of the Terms of Service.3.4. Account registration and providing an email are not required — an order can be created anonymously.
4. Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing
4.1. Data is processed on the basis of: the user's consent, the necessity of performing the order (contract), and legal requirements, including anti-money-laundering legislation (AML/KYC).4.2. Data is used to process the order, provide customer support, comply with AML/KYC requirements, prevent fraud, and improve the quality of the Service.4.3. Data is retained only for as long as necessary to achieve the above purposes, or for the period required by applicable law (including AML record-keeping requirements for reviewed orders).
5. Disclosure to Third Parties
5.1. Data may be disclosed only where required by law, upon an official request from authorized government bodies, or to prevent fraud and other unlawful activity.5.2. For AML checks, the Service and the user may rely on third-party public address-analysis tools (see item 8.12 of the Terms of Service); any data shared with such tools is limited to the wallet address and does not include other personal data of the user.
6. Cookies and Analytics
6.1. Cookies and web-analytics tools are used to analyze site traffic and improve the interface. They can be restricted or disabled in browser settings — this will not prevent an exchange order from being created.6.2. You can opt out of analytics cookies through your browser settings or the opt-out tools provided by the analytics provider.
7. User Rights
7.1. The user may request information about which of their personal data is processed by the Service, request correction or deletion, and withdraw previously given consent to processing — to the extent this does not conflict with AML/KYC legal requirements or the Service's obligation to retain data for completed orders.7.2. The Service is not intended for persons under 18; if data belonging to a minor is identified, the order is cancelled and the related data is deleted.7.3. Reviews and feedback voluntarily left by the user may be used in marketing materials and on partner platforms (e.g. Trustpilot, BestChange).
8. Changes to this Policy
8.1. The Service may amend this Policy at any time. Changes take effect once published on this page; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
