Processing is automated and takes about two minutes. Actual timing depends on how quickly the network confirms your deposit: once confirmed, the payout goes out immediately with no manual review.
On a Yellow exchange the rate is locked for 10 minutes from order creation — if payment arrives within that window you receive exactly the amount you were shown. A Green exchange uses the market rate at execution but charges a lower commission.
The minimum payout is 10,000 ₽. Funds are sent via Bank card.
No blockchain network is involved here: the money arrives as an ordinary bank transfer via Bank card. You enter the payout details when creating the order, and the exchange charges nothing for the transfer itself.
No passport is required for the vast majority of exchanges. The sending address goes through an automated AML check scored 0–100%: orders at or below 70% risk with a red-address share under 0.1% are processed automatically. Orders above either threshold may go to additional review, and in rare cases an identity document is requested — but even then a refund to the sending address is usually possible without full verification.
The base Green commission on fiat directions is 4.5%; Yellow is 5%. Green commission falls further as monthly volume grows under the loyalty programme. The transfer itself is free — nothing is charged on top of the exchange percentage.
