You can exchange USDT for Russian rubles directly, without selling on an exchange first: the service accepts a USDT deposit and transfers rubles to the details you provide — via SBP, to a bank card, or to a Sberbank account, either as a regular transfer or instantly.

#What ruble payout options exist

YellowChanger offers six ruble payout options: regular SBP, instant SBP, regular card, instant card, regular Sberbank transfer, and instant Sberbank transfer. SBP covers transfers to Sber, Tinkoff, Alfa-Bank, Raiffeisen, Pochta Bank, OZON Bank and YooMoney.

Before comparing fees, check the amount. Rouble payouts start at 10,000 roubles by regular transfer and at 6,000 by instant. The minimum is the same for SBP, a bank card and Sberbank, and it does not depend on which crypto you are handing over. Below that the rouble payout will not go through — minimums on the other directions are covered in a separate article.

#What each payout method costs

The fee depends not only on the exchange mode but on where the rubles go. SBP and card are priced identically, Sberbank is counted separately, and any instant payout runs on its own rate — whether it's SBP, a card or Sber.

  • "Green" mode, regular payout — from 2.5% for SBP, card and Sberbank, dropping to 2.3% through the loyalty programme and promo codes
  • "Yellow" mode, regular payout — 3% for SBP and card, but 5% for Sberbank
  • Instant payout — from 4.5% in "Green" and 5% in "Yellow", the same for SBP, card and Sberbank

In Yellow mode a regular Sberbank payout costs 5% against 3% for SBP and card. It's the one place in the pricing where the choice of bank nearly doubles the fee.

If you first exchange another cryptocurrency into USDT and then cash out to rubles, a separate crypto-to-crypto exchange fee applies — starting at 0.6% at the base tier, dropping to as low as 0.2% under the loyalty program as monthly volume grows.

#How the exchange works

The USDT (TRC20) → rubles via SBP pair works the same way as any crypto-to-crypto exchange: enter the USDT amount, provide the phone number or SBP details, send the deposit to the address you're given. No identity verification is required — instead of KYC, an AML check screens the sending address, and low-risk payouts clear without manual review. If a card or direct Sberbank transfer is more convenient, the same logic applies to the USDT → card and USDT → Sberbank pairs.

#FAQ
